For Florida Gulf Coast Fisherman Waiting To File BP Oil Spill Claims Time May Be Short

While the Deepwater Horizon oil spill court administered settlement ensured that $2.3 billion dollars would be paid out for compensation for fishing losses there will be a limited time for Florida's fisherman to file their claims.

The Florida Gulfcoast fisherman which include oysterman, crabbers, shrimpers, fisherman and other shellfish harvesters will have a limited time to file their BP oil spill claim and contact a Oil Spill Claims Lawyer as soon as possible before the door swings shut. The bar date for seafood is going to happen by 30 days after the Nov. eighth 2012 hearing and may occur sometime near January of 2013.
